It's sad that people living in informal settlements are the most affected in the winter, but they themselves seek enrealidad this, they build on flood plains, slope high risk and very poor materials.

is very sad that many people living in these settlements are the most affected with the winter, but really they have been to blame as they build on flood plains, near rivers, on hillsides with steep slopes and unstable zone, also very poor materials.

The conditions of survival in these places is a concern, but even more so knowing that part of all this is due to the negligence of the State.

ResponderEliminarUnfortunately this is very often in Medellin, every time I walk in Metro and see these buildings so poor and insecure I feel sad and helpless because they can not do anything for the people who live there.
